Ohh, the sweetness...

Granted, this is not at all an artistic photo of fresh cherries, but it's a photo...and soon there may not be many cherries left.  I'd have to set up a photo shoot soon if ... oh, let's get real, that's not going to happen.  I'm much more interested in eating them than photographing them.

What's all the fuss? These are Flathead Cherries!!  Yes, from Montana!  It's like red gold for us on the dry desert plains!

Driving by a Farmer's Market on Main Street in Lander, the car couldn't get turned around fast enough.  I bought a medium-sized bag...

Oh my, they are so sweet - so much sweeter than the grocery store variety I've been nibbling...

Ah, sweet cherry juice - carry me away...
