Pastels in progress...

The pastel baby blanket continues to grow...and I'm getting close to the finish line.  The baby-soft spring colors have been wonderful to work with!

At first, I didn't think it would be necessary, but now I'm convinced that I will need to put a finished edge around it, perhaps a crocheted edge.  I won't have too much yarn left over, but I should have enough white.

  1. A crocheted border will be a nice finishing touch. It looks great with the tulips.

  4. I love a crab stitch crochet border for afghans. This is a lovely little blanket. I have slowed down on my knitting because of the warm weather. The yarn just likes to stick to my fingers and hands. :) I'll start up again in the fall.

  5. White would make a PERFECT edge to tie it all together! :-) Love those tulips!

  6. I vote for a white border, too. It's going to be very pretty when you finish. Are you alternating white with the colors? I can't quite tell from the photo.
